Returns

At Shepherd Haus Design, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, items may arrive damaged. That is why we offer a convenient 14-day return policy for damaged items ONLY from the date you receive them.  If your order has been compromised during transit or manufacturing, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and this return policy ensures that you can shop with confidence. Please note that our items are made to order, and this policy specifically covers items that have been damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the damaged item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  You must submit pictures of the damaged items so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
At Shepherd Haus Design, we strive to provide you with a delightful shopping experience. We want to ensure transparency regarding our return policy. Kindly note that accessory items, including blankets, stickers, keychains, bracelets, pillows and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are considered final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange. We stand by the quality of our accessory items and are confident that you will love them as much as we do. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. 

Gift Cards- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Buyers Remorse- Returns or refunds will not be granted solely based on a buyer changing their mind or experiencing regret about their purchase.

Shipping Cost- The cost of shipping is not eligible for a refund. In the event that a refund is issued, the amount equivalent to the return shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund.

Size and Colors- Our policy does not allow for returns or exchanges due to sizing and colors issues. We kindly request that you refer to our size chart prior to making your purchase to ensure the right fit. Additionally, we recommend that you review the colors of the item before placing your order to avoid any potential discrepancies. Thank you for your understanding.

Sale Items 

All our Items sold on clearance ARE FINAL -can not be returned or refunded.

Cancellation 

Due to our personalized printing process.  Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been printed, we will not be able to cancel it. 

Orders for Jewelry, Bottle, Mugs, Ornaments, and Suitcases cannot be canceled or modified at all. 

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
