We currently offer custom name personalization on certain products. However, we do not create custom designs or products using photos at this time.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. Delivery of the orders may take up to 7 business days. Please note that these timelines are approximate and may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

At Shepherd Haus Design, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, items may arrive damaged. That is why we offer a convenient 14-day return policy for damaged items ONLY from the date you receive them.  If your order has been compromised during transit or manufacturing, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products, and this return policy ensures that you can shop with confidence. Please note that our items are made to order, and this policy specifically covers items that have been damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the damaged item.
